The series was born out of a desire to to build a community of scholarship and practice around organizations and management that explicitly center collective wellbeing and justice and management education is about training managers and leaders to build, nurture and support non-toxic, anti-racist, inclusive, and just organizational cultures. To create and support a world in which we experiment with different forms of organizations to decolonize and decapitalize at least parts of our work and life.
