Professional Bio


I am an Associate Professor, Chair of Faculty of Management, and University Fellow at the New School in New York City.

My scholarship, teaching, and practice centers generative organizing for radical change towards building a more just, equitable, sustainable, compassionate and prosperous world. I believe both inner and outer worlds must change for the world to become better. I use a combination of postcolonial/decolonizing, critically reflective, collective, mindfulness centered, scholarly rigorous, technologically savvy, action oriented, and pragmatically effective approaches to my scholarship, teaching and practice.

I am a co-founder and CEO of In-Med Prognostics Inc, a globally distributed neuroscience AI venture that brings affordable and accessible brain health tools to underserved markets and beyond.

As Fulbright Fellow, I worked with the Botswana Civil Society, Botswana Government, US Embassy in Botswana, USAID, and the private sector to develop a social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.

I created the Management and Social Justice Conversation Series that I curate and host at the New School.

I am the co-founder of C-Suite for Justice, a community of C Suite for Justice is a community of practice, learning, and experimentation for senior executives who are committed to leading change in their organizations towards making them more inclusive, just, and equitable.

I received my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. I serve as the Editor in Chief of Society of Advancement of Management’s Advanced Management Journal.
