My books and peer-reviewed publications advance a sustained research agenda on technology, justice, and organizational life. Rather than listing outputs chronologically, this page organizes my work thematically to reflect the conceptual structure of my scholarship. Full publication details are presented below by research stream.
These thematic groupings reflect primary analytic lenses than discrete or mutually exclusive categories. Many publications span multiple domains such as algorithmic management and social justice, or contemplative inquiry and leadership. Each work is listed under the theme that best reflects its central theoretical contribution.
Algorithmic Management & Epistemic Authority
This body of work examines how algorithmic systems reshape managerial authority, accountability, and the conditions of human judgment in organizations. Contemplative Ontology, Ethics & Leadership
This body of work draws on contemplative traditions and non-dual ontology to develop ethical and epistemological foundations for leadership, judgment, and organizing under conditions of complexity and uncertainty. Contemplative inquiry is treated as a rigorous methodological resource rather than a personal wellness practice.
